On-site delivery produces the strongest outcomes. Travel and lodging for the Hahn AI delivery team are covered by the client. The default arrangement is client-direct: you book and pay for flights and hotel, and we show up. We can also book travel and invoice for reimbursement at cost if your organization prefers.
Virtual delivery is available for clients where on-site is not feasible. We use structured breakout formats to maintain engagement across distributed teams. Virtual engagements carry a reduced investment relative to on-site. Outcomes are strong, but we are transparent that on-site is the better format when logistics allow.
Every training engagement starts with a scoping call. We will assess your team’s baseline, define objectives, and propose a structure that fits your timeline and budget.
